What You’ll Be Doing
- Contacting customers by phone to follow up on outstanding payments
- Building positive relationships while handling payment discussions professionally
- Recording call outcomes and updating records accurately using CODAS
- Sending follow-up emails where required
- Managing your workload to meet daily call targets
