About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join our clients team within the public sector. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of their office and providing exceptional support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Covering reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls, when required.
· Minute taking during meetings and ensuring accurate records are maintained
· Providing administrative support to various departments
· Managing correspondence and documentation
· Assisting with scheduling and organising meetings
Requirements:
· Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the office
