Customer Service Manager (Retail) – Full Time

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Manager, working 40 hours per week across 7 days on a rota basis.
About the Role
As Customer Service Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service at all times. You will lead, motivate, and support your team, while also driving continuous improvement and contributing to the overall success of the business. The role also involves undertaking a range of back-office duties, so confidence with technology and data is essential.
