Paxton Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Dumper/Roller Operatives with Slinger/Signaller certification for a long-term project based in Inverness.

Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper & Roller certification
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger certification
- Previous experience on windfarm, infrastructure, or heavy civils projects preferred
- Strong commitment to site safety and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
