Location: Aberdeenshire (Office and Site Based)
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + Company Pension + Vehicle
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSEQ Compliance Manager to join our client’s team in Aberdeenshire. This permanent role involves both office and site-based responsibilities. The successful candidate will ensure that all contract work is executed in full compliance with health, safety, welfare, and environmental regulations, while also maximising the profitability of each contract and ensuring all contractual requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure satisfaction of all contractual requirements.
- Develop and continually improve the company HSEQ Management System through information and instruction.
- Uphold and enhance HSEQ reporting systems to demonstrate compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Company Standards of Service and quality systems.
- Meet the requirements of the company business plan(s).

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in HSEQ management.
- NEBOSH
