We are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives on behalf of a highly respected manufacturing business based in Fort William. Our client is recognised not only across the UK but throughout Europe for their high-quality production standards and excellent working environment.

The Role
Working within the production department, duties will include:
- Removing finished products from machinery and conveyor belts
- Moving products into the warehouse ready for packaging and dispatch
- Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
- Supporting the wider production and warehouse teams as required
Please note: This is a physically demanding role and candidates will be required to remain on their feet for the majority of each shift.
Shift Pattern
- 4 Days On / 4 Days Off rotation
- Day Shift: 0600 – 1800
- Night Shift: 1800 – 0600
- Rotating weekly pattern with every third week split between days and nights
Pay & Benefits
- Basic 40 hours per week
- Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
- Night Shift Allowance paid at £17.04 per hour for the first 40 hours
- Immediate starts available
- Work available until the end of June with potential for extension

- Physically fit and comfortable being on their feet for long periods
- Possess good attention to detail
