Are you an organised, proactive, and friendly individual looking to play a key role in a local construction company? We’re seeking an Office Administrator to join our clients team in Grantown-on-Spey and help keep their operations running smoothly.
About the Role
As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our office, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring everything runs efficiently. You’ll work closely with site teams, suppliers, and clients, providing essential support across various aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organising and maintaining office files and records
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Supporting health & safety documentation and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative role (construction industry experience is a bonus)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
