Operations Coordinator – Nairn & Stirling
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Operations Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team across Nairn and Stirling.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and challenge, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of drilling and installation teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with staff to develop and maintain clear operational procedures.
- Coordinate scheduling and resource planning to ensure jobs are well-prepared and efficiently executed.
- Oversee job preparation and monitor progress to keep operations on track.
- Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and resolve operational matters as they arise.
What We’re Looking For:
- Organised, proactive, and confident in coordinating teams and processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Experience in operations or project coordination, ideally in a field-based or technical environment.
