The Role
-
Full commercial management of civils, energy, and infrastructure projects

Cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting

Preparation and agreement of valuations, variations, and final accounts

Subcontract procurement and commercial management

Liaison with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners

Ensuring commercial best practice and contractual compliance
About You
-
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the civils or infrastructure sector

Candidates considered at QS or Senior QS level

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

Experience on energy and/or infrastructure projects highly advantageous
-
Must hold a valid and unrestricted UK right to work

Based in, or willing to work from, the Highlands
