About the Role
We are looking for a Reporting & Digital Transformation Analyst to support the development and improvement of business reporting, compliance data and digital systems across the organisation.
This role will involve working with information from multiple business areas to produce accurate and meaningful reporting for HSEQ, compliance, commercial, operational, client and senior management purposes.
You will also play an important role in developing and maintaining digital reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards, Microsoft Forms and structured trackers, helping improve data quality, reporting consistency and overall process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the business reporting calendar and coordinate reporting deadlines.
- Liaise with departments and contributors to ensure information is submitted accurately and on time.
- Extract, collate, validate and analyse data from multiple business areas.
- Prepare data for HSEQ, management, client, bid, contract close and board-level reporting.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, Microsoft Forms, trackers, organograms and other structured reporting tools.
- Support the improvement of digital workflows, reporting processes and system administration.
- Maintain compliance and performance trackers, including NCR, PPC and departmental monitoring records.
- Support Quality Management System (QMS), audit, management review and accreditation requirements.
- Ensure supporting documents, records and compliance information remain accurate and accessible.
- Assist with PQQs, client questionnaires, framework submissions and presentation materials using accurate and evidence-based data.
About You
We are looking for someone who is analytical, organised and comfortable working with data from different areas of a business.
You should have:
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting/visualisation tools.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
- The ability to organise information and manage multiple reporting deadlines.
- Good communication skills and confidence liaising with different departments.
- An interest in digital transformation, process improvement and developing more efficient ways of working.
- The ability to present complex information in a clear and useful format.
Experience working with compliance, HSEQ, quality management systems or construction/infrastructure-related reporting would be advantageous.
