About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable civil engineering contractor delivering projects across Moray and Aberdeenshire. They are seeking either an experienced Civils Site Manager or a Civils Foreman looking to progress into a site management role.
You will oversee day-to-day site operations on a range of civil engineering projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Managing site activities and subcontractors

Overseeing works including drainage, earthworks, and plotworks

Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards

Assisting with or preparing RAMS

Organising and delivering site inductions (preferred but not essential)
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience within civil engineering

Strong technical knowledge of drainage, earthworks, and plotworks

Based within Moray or Aberdeenshire, or able to travel to projects

Full, unrestricted UK right to work

Organised, proactive, and able to lead site teams
