SMSTS Site Manager – New Housing Development
Start Date: Tuesday 5th May Duration: Minimum 6 weeks Rate: Negotiable (PAYE or CIS considered)
We are seeking an experienced SMSTS Site Manager to oversee a new-build housing development based in Ross & Cromarty, Inverness‑shire. This is an immediate requirement for a minimum 6‑week contract, with the potential for extension depending on site progress.
Key Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS certification
- First Aid qualification
- Strong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage subcontractors, ensure H&S compliance, and maintain site standards
Additional Information:
- No subsistence or accommodation is provided, so applicants should be local or able to commute daily.
- Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience.
