Position: Civils Site Supervisor

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Civils Site Supervisor to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a minimum of 5 year’s experience in the sector. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage site operations efficiently and ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
- Manage and supervise site staff and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the civils sector.
- Valid First Aid certification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- CSCS card.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
