Duration: Long-term with potential for permanent placement
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: Negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee working operations on-site within your gang
- Supervise and coordinate the team
- Ensure health & safety compliance
- Liaise with line management to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain high standards of work and site discipline
- Operate a 13t excavator.
Requirements:
- Valid SSSTS certification
- Valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS Hologram.
- Proven experience as a Ganger in housing or infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and ensure deadlines are met
- Full UK driving licence preferred
