Working alongside planning and operational teams to develop practical delivery programmes.
Identifying commercial risks and opportunities within tender submissions.
Supporting value engineering initiatives and alternative construction solutions.
Preparing tender reports, pricing summaries, and submission documentation.
Participating in tender review meetings and bid strategy discussions.
Attending site visits, client meetings, and pre-tender engagements where required.

We'd Like to Speak With You If You Have:

Experience in estimating within civil engineering, construction, infrastructure, groundworks, utilities, or related sectors.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
The ability to interpret technical drawings and tender documentation.
Experience working with estimating software and Excel-based pricing models.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive approach and desire to contribute to business growth.
