What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced infrastructure professional who is comfortable acting as the senior operational presence on site.

Skills and Experience: These are desirable however some training would be available.

Minimum 10+ years’ experience within infrastructure or heavy civil engineering
Proven experience managing live construction sites
Strong background in civil engineering works
Experience working to Tier 1 contractor standards (or similar)
Competent using Trimble or similar setting-out equipment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Understanding of CDM Regulations and HSEQ requirements
Experience managing RAMS, permits and safe systems of work
Full UK driving licence

You should be confident making decisions, maintaining high standards under pressure, and leading teams effectively on site.
